Louisiana Lotterys Chicken Pickin' Giveaway
July 1 to July 14, 2019

Contest Description:
Louisiana residents who are at least 21 years of age are invited to enter the Louisiana Lottery's Chicken Pickin' Giveaway. Eligible participants are invited to visit the Lottery's website and vote on which chicken should be the star of the next Winner Winner Chicken Dinner commercial after listening to their auditions for a chance to win a Louisiana Lottery Chicken Pickin' prize package. Prize packages will include a Lottery T-shirt, sports bottle, sunglasses, journal and $20 in $5 Winner Winner Chicken Dinner scratch-offs.

How to Enter:
Eligible participants will submit their entry via an official online form on the Lotterys website. No entries will be accepted in person, by mail or through any other method. Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary to submit an entry for the promotion. To be considered, original entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, July 14.

Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be randomly selected and contacted via the phone number entered into the online form by 5 p.m. on Monday, July 15. The winners have two business days after any form of attempted communication by the Lottery to verify their eligibility status or their prize will be forfeited; the Lottery may, at its discretion, assign an alternate winner in such a case.

Prizes:
Five (5) winners will receive Louisiana Lottery Chicken Pickin' prize packages, including a Lottery T-shirt, sports bottle, sunglasses, journal and $20 in $5 Winner Winner Chicken Dinner scratch-offs. In the unlikely event the Lottery is unable to fulfill a stated prize due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize(s) of equal or greater value will be substituted at the Lottery's sole discretion. Prizes have no cash value.

Eligibility:
This promotion is open to Louisiana residents at least 21 years of age. Residency and age will be verified. The following individuals are excluded from participating in Louisiana Lottery promotions:

• Any member of the Board of Directors, officer or employee of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation.
• Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing in the same household of any Louisiana Lottery employee, officer or member of the Board of Directors.
• Any employee of any company or vendor awarded a contract or subcontract to conduct business with, assigned to perform services for or provide goods to the Louisiana Lottery for any duration in the 2019 calendar year. This includes but is not limited to advertising agencies, gaming system vendors, printers, auditors, promotional product suppliers, etc.
• Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing in the same household of any company or vendor awarded a contract or subcontract to conduct business with, assigned to perform services for or provide goods to the Louisiana Lottery for any duration in the 2019 calendar year.

Any person who falls into one of the categories listed above or who does not meet the age and residency requirements will be deemed ineligible to participate. To be eligible photos must contain designated items.

Acknowledgments:
All contest entrants agree to comply with these rules and accept the Lottery's interpretation of them in executing the contest.

In addition, entrants agree to participate in the Lottery's publicity efforts in conjunction with this contest, including but not limited to photo publication, press releases, interviews and media coverage.

For the duration of the promotion only, entrants also agree to receive promotional email from the Lottery including the announcement of winners.

Entrants also acknowledge that in matters of administering the contest, the decisions of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation are binding and final.
