He purchased his winning jackpot ticket at Circle K #8295 on LaPalco Boulevard in Harvey. The store will receive a one-time bonus of $7,895, or one percent of the jackpot, for selling Webb his winning ticket.

Webb also won with another set of numbers on the same ticket.  He matched four of the six numbers drawn to win $42.
