Pharis' ticket matched five of the six Lotto numbers drawn that night to win his prize.

He purchased his winning ticket at Stop & Save on South MacAruthur Drive in Alexandria. 

"I was delivering homemade cracklins to one of my stores and I decided to get a Lotto ticket," he explained.
