Ruth Osby of Magnolia, Miss., purchased her winning Cool 7's scratch-off from Kangaroo Express #3988 on Anvenue G in Kentwood.

"I bought eight tickets. The second ticket was the top prize winner," said Osby. "I looked at the ticket and passed it to my sister. I started screaming!"

Osby said she plans to spend her winnings on her house and car.
