Neisha purchased her winning ticket at E-Z Stop on West Airline Highway in LaPlace. 

"I bought the last three $1,000,000 Spectacular tickets in the dispenser and one of them was a $1,000 winner!" she said.  

Neisha also said she's previously won playing other scratch-off games.
