Rebecca Turner of Sicily Island and her husband were on their way to Pensacola, Fla., when they decided to stop at Made to Go on Thomas Road in Baton Rouge to try their luck at Lottery games. Turner purchased a One Eyed Jack scratch-off and won one of the game's $12,000 top prizes!
 
Turner said it feels "absolutely wonderful" to win and plans to fulfill all of her dreams with her winnings.
