James purchased his winning ticket at Chevron #2 on St. Ferdinand Street in Baton Rouge.

"I graduated from Baton Rouge School of Computers in August 2005.  I took a vacation to celebrate, but it got cut short because of Hurricane Katrina," he explained.  "Now I can finish my celebration by taking another vacation!"
