Power Play 10X Continues!!!

Powerball players can still multiply their nonjackpot winnings up to 10 times with the Power Play 10X promotion. The 10X multiplier was not selected during May, so the promotion continues until it is selected! Add Power Play to your ticket now for the chance to win up to $2 million.

Power Play allows players to multiply their nonjackpot winnings by a multiplier of 2X, 3X, 4X or 5X when they add the option to their Powerball ticket.  The Power Play multiplier is randomly selected and displayed on an animated spinner during each Powerball drawing.  During the Power Play 10X promotion, a 10X multiplier will be added to the field with a 1 in 16 chance of being selected.

For example, if the 10X multiplier is drawn, the match-5 prize of $200,000 would be multiplied by 10 for a total prize of $2 million for players who added the Power Play option to their ticket. 

The promotion runs April 29 - May 29.  The 10X may be selected multiple times during that period.  However, if it is not selected at least once, the promotion will continue until it is drawn. 

Power Play costs an additional $1 per play when purchasing a Powerball ticket.  It does not apply to the jackpot prize or to the Match-5 Bonus Prize when in effect.
