The Louisiana Lottery is a proud sponsor of the 43rd Annual Cochon de Lait Festival in Mansura – the Cochon de Lait (roast suckling pig) capital of the world. Presented by the Mansura Chamber of Commerce, the festival has a multitude of events ranging from Children's Pig Pen to the Greasy Pig contest and Crackin Cook-offs. This pork-centered weekend is guaranteed to have something for the whole family.
