Lottery Reports More than $6.4 Million in Winning Draw-Style Tickets & More Than $7.5 Million Claimed from Scratch-Off Tickets During February
Taking a granddaughter to Disney World, sprucing up a garden and purchasing a car for a son are just some of the ways winners of the Louisiana Lottery’s scratch-off games planned to spend the more than $7.5 million in prizes they claimed in February. The Lottery also reported more than $6.4 million won on draw-style game tickets last month.

Eight Coworkers Claim $687,622 Lotto Jackpot
For eight coworkers from the Office of Motor Vehicles in Baton Rouge, playing Lotto and Powerball as a group has been part of their weekly routine since September 2009. The group could hardly believe it when they got to work the morning after the March 3 Lotto drawing and discovered they had the $687,622 jackpot winning ticket.
