Lottery Announces New Regional Manager for New Orleans

President Rose Hudson announced that Victor Gray has been promoted to New Orleans regional manager for the Louisiana Lottery Corporation.

Gray began working for the Lottery in July 1991 as a customer service representative in the New Orleans area.  Displaced by Hurricane Katrina in September 2005, Gray transferred to Monroe where he assumed the position of interim regional manager and led a sales team of five employees. 

As New Orleans regional manager, he will oversee the sales and customer service functions for the Lottery, serving more than 700 retailers in the greater New Orleans area.  

Gray holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southeastern Louisiana University.  He is also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and the National Urban League.
