Hughes won with two tickets.  On both tickets he played the first set of numbers as a "straight," meaning he had to match the numbers drawn in exact order to win $500 each.  He played the second set of numbers as a "straight/box," meaning he could match the numbers drawn in any order or in exact order to win $290 each, for a total of $1,580.
