Walker Man Claims $250,000 Lotto Jackpot

Chet Bourg of Walker was the sole winner of the $250,000 Lotto jackpot from the Nov. 20 drawing.   

Bourg purchased his winning ticket from Murphy USA #8500 on Walker South Road in Walker.  The retailer will receive a one-time selling bonus of $2,500, or one percent of the jackpot prize, for selling Bourg his winning ticket.

Bourg, age 46, received $175,000 after state and federal taxes were withheld. The winning numbers for the Nov. 20 Lotto drawing were 03-05-20-35-36-37.

Ticket purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. For security purposes, the Lottery strongly encourages players to sign the back of their tickets immediately after purchasing.
