Fort Polk Couple Claims Crystal Hot Cash Top Prize

After seeing the Louisiana Lottery's Crystal Hot Cash scratch-off game on the Lottery's official Facebook page, Antonio Crow visited Polk Express on Entrance Road in Leesville and purchased the remaining four scratch-offs in the store's dispenser. To Crow's surprise, one of those attention-grabbing tickets was a $12,000 top-prize winner.

"I'm happy! It feels good to win!" the 31-year-old shared when he and his wife claimed the prize at the Lottery's Alexandria office last week. The Fort Polk couple plans to pay bills with the winnings.

Crystal Hot Cash is the result of the Lottery's latest strategic alliance with Baumer Foods, the makers of Louisiana's own Crystal Hot Sauce. Featuring the iconic Crystal logo, the $2 Crystal Hot Cash game features six top prizes of $12,000 and over $1.2 million in total cash prizes. The game has five top prizes remaining as of today.

For security purposes, the Lottery strongly encourages players to sign the back of their tickets immediately after purchasing.
