West Monroe Man Claims 5X Lucky Top Prize

After Wendell Hill of West Monroe won $10 playing the Lottery's 5X Lucky scratch-off, he decided to keep playing. Hill's lucky feeling paid off in a big way when he claimed a $15,000 top prize from the game.
Hill, age 45, purchased his winning scratch-off from Circle K #7763 on Well Road in West Monroe. He shared that he plans to use his winnings to start a business.
5X Lucky is a $2 game that features 10 chances to win on each ticket. The game has one $15,000 top prize remaining as of Sept. 20.
Persons must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a Lottery ticket.
