Tracy Woods is moving. The 42-year-old DeRidder resident won the last $200,000 top prize on a Cash Blockbuster scratch-off ticket from the Louisiana Lottery and plans to buy a home with his winnings.

"I couldn't stop screaming after I scratched the ticket," explained Woods.  "It just feels great to win!"

Woods purchased his top prize winning ticket at Sunshine Grocery #7 on Highway 190.

According to Louisiana Lottery policy, a scratch-off game is closed and removed from sale when all top prizes for the game have been claimed. All top prizes from Cash Blockbuster have been claimed, and the game closed March 13. The last day to redeem prizes from the game is July 11.
