New Location for Shreveport Office

The Lottery's Shreveport office moved this fall from Jewella to Unit E at Old Rivermarket Place located at 767 Shreveport Barksdale Highway. Our phone number also changed to 318-869-6550.
While you can cash winning tickets up to $600 at any Lottery retailer, you must claim prizes between $600 and $510,000 at a Lottery regional office. We hope you come visit us, soon -- to claim winning tickets!
