West Monroe Resident Claims $10,000 Prize from Scratch-Off Game

Nick Elias, age 61, of West Monroe claimed a $10,000 prize at the Louisiana Lottery Corporation's Monroe office from a Cash Blowout scratch-off ticket. He purchased the winning ticket at 103 Truckstop on Highway 80 E in Calhoun.
The $10 scratch-off game Cash Blowout offers two remaining top prizes of $200,000 as of Jan. 5, the chance to win up to 20 times and over $5 million in total cash prizes. Elias said he plans to pay bills with his winnings.
