Deville Resident Claims Top Prize from Scratch-Off Ticket

Sandra Roberts of Deville claimed a $10,000 top prize on a Bedazzled scratch-off ticket at the Louisiana Lottery Corporation's Alexandria office.
"What can I say? It just feels awesome!," said Roberts, age 57. She purchased her winning ticket at Kwik Stop on Highway 28 East in Pineville. Roberts said she and her husband plan to use the winnings to take a trip for their 40th wedding anniversary.
Bedazzled is a $2 scratch-off ticket that offers five remaining top prizes as of Sept. 24 and over $1.4 million in total cash prizes.
Players must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a Lottery ticket. The Lottery encourages anyone who has a gambling problem or friends and family of anyone with a gambling problem to call toll-free 1-877-770-7867.
