Vivian Resident Claims $15,000 Top Prize from Scratch-off

Elizabeth Mixon of Vivian claimed a $15,000 top prize at the Louisiana Lottery Corporation's Shreveport office from a Cash Reward scratch-off ticket.
"It feels wonderful," said Mixon, who plans to pay off bills with her winnings. She purchased her winning ticket at Dub's Corner on South Pine Street in Vivian.
Players must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a Lottery ticket. The Lottery also reminds players that anyone who has a gambling problem or friends and family of anyone with a gambling problem are encouraged to call toll-free 1-877-770-7867 for help.
