Ruston Resident Claims $100,000 Top Prize from Scratch-Off Ticket

Delphyne L. Jones of Ruston claimed a $100,000 top prize on a Take 5 scratch-off ticket at the Louisiana Lottery Corporation's Monroe office.
"I was speechless, and I think my heart stopped!" exclaimed Jones, age 48. She plans to use her winnings to buy a new car and a riding lawn mower, as well as pay off her house. Jones purchased her winning ticket at Dean Mart on North Trenton Street in Ruston.
