The Louisiana Lottery Corporation's $2 instant scratch BINGO game gives players four chances to win up to $10,000 on each ticket. Players simply scratch the latex coating off the caller's card. If any of the four cards' numbers match the Caller's Card numbers by horizontal, vertical or diagonal row, all four corners, or by matching all numbers to make a complete "X," players can shout, "BINGO!"
