The 35th Anniversary Second Chance promotion opens April 27. Until then, hold on to your non-winning 35th Anniversary scratch-off tickets.
How to Enter
Beginning April 27, 2026, players may enter the 35th Anniversary second-chance promotion with at least $10 worth of any 35th Anniversary-branded games, including the following:

35th Anniversary Social Media Giveaways
Contest Description
As part of the Louisiana Lottery’s 35th Anniversary celebration, Louisiana residents who are at least 21 years of age are invited to participate in three separate Facebook giveaways for a chance to win a 35th Anniversary Prize Package. Three (3) winners will be selected per giveaway for a total of nine (9) winners across all three promotions.
Giveaways 1 and 3 are trivia-based. Participants must comment on the designated Facebook post with the correct answer to the trivia question to be eligible. Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all correct responses after the answer is revealed, and the entry window closes.
Giveaway 2 is an open-prompt giveaway. Participants must comment on the designated Facebook post in response to the prompt provided. Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the entry window closes.
How to Enter
Eligible participants must comment on the Louisiana Lottery’s designated Facebook post during the entry window for each respective giveaway. Entries must be submitted electronically via the designated Facebook post. No entries will be accepted in person, by mail, or through any other method. Only one entry per person is allowed per giveaway. No purchase is necessary. Inappropriate or offensive comments will be deleted and not considered as entries.

Prizes have no cash value. In the unlikely event the Lottery is unable to fulfill a stated prize due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize(s) of equal or greater value will be substituted at the Lottery’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection and Notification
Three (3) winners will be randomly selected per giveaway from all eligible entries after each respective entry window closes, for a total of nine (9) winners across all three promotions. For trivia giveaways, only comments containing the correct answer will be eligible for selection.
Winners will be notified via Facebook DM (Messenger) from the account used to comment on the post, or the Lottery may reply publicly to request that the winner initiate contact via DM. This may occur when alternate winners are selected after the original winner does not respond within the required timeframe.
Winners have three (3) business days after any form of attempted communication by the Lottery to verify their eligibility status or their prize will be forfeited. The Lottery may, at its discretion, assign an alternate winner in those cases.
Any winner names and photos may be posted and used for advertising the Louisiana Lottery’s 35th Anniversary promotions on the Lottery’s social media accounts.
Eligibility
All three promotions are open to Louisiana residents at least 21 years of age. Residency and age will be verified. The following individuals are excluded from participating in Louisiana Lottery promotions:
Any member of the Board of Directors, officer or employee of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation.
Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing in the same household of any Louisiana Lottery employee, officer or member of the Board of Directors.
Any employee of any company or vendor awarded a contract or subcontract to conduct business with, assigned to perform services for, or provide goods to the Louisiana Lottery for any duration in the 2026 calendar year. This includes but is not limited to advertising agencies, gaming system vendors, printers, auditors, promotional product suppliers, etc.
Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing in the same household of any company or vendor awarded a contract or subcontract to conduct business with, assigned to perform services for or provide goods to the Louisiana Lottery for any duration in the 2026 calendar year.
Any person who falls into one of the categories listed above or who does not meet the age and residency requirements will be deemed ineligible to participate.
Acknowledgments
All contest entrants agree to comply with these rules and accept the Lottery’s interpretation of them in executing the contest.
In addition, entrants agree to participate in the Lottery’s publicity efforts in conjunction with this contest, including but not limited to photo publication, press releases, interviews and media coverage.
Entrants also acknowledge that in matters of administering the contest, the decisions of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation are binding and final.
All participants entering this contest agree to grant the Louisiana Lottery royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive rights to display, distribute, reproduce, modify and create derivative works of the entries for any purpose – trade, advertising, promotional or otherwise – and in any electronic, print or other media (now existing or subsequently developed) the Lottery chooses, now or at any time in the future, should their entry be selected as a contest winner.
The Louisiana Lottery will not be required to pay any additional costs or seek additional approval in connection with such uses. Once submitted, all entries become the property of the Louisiana Lottery.
