Jackie Duff of West Monroe was "surprised and excited" to discover he had won $1,000 on an Extra! Extra! Crossword scratch-off. After purchasing four scratch-offs from Washington Street U Pak It, Duff went home and scratched his tickets while sitting on his porch. "I always play the $3 scratch-off games," Duff explained.
