Shane Chiasson

Congratulations to Shane Chiasson on his $12,000 King of Mardi Gras win! "I was just shocked," the winner said, "I couldn't believe it." While on a late night pizza run, Shane purchased a variety of scratch-offs at Colonel's Grill in Thibodaux. "It was the last ticket that I scratched." Shane recalled. 

Before heading to Lottery headquarters in Baton Rouge, Shane stopped at his lucky store to give the cashier who sold him the winning ticket, a tip to show his gratitude. The Thibodaux resident plans to use a portion of the money to take a vacation.
