"I thought I won $25, four corners" Dequincy resident Rhonda Perkins explained. "but the cashier put the ticket in the machine and the receipt said to sign and claim the prize at the Lottery. She went to see the manager and told me I won $1,000!" Winner Rhonda Perkins immediately went home and called her daughter! "I was so excited!" she recalled. 

Rhonda purchased her exciting ticket at her local store 90 Express. She plans to use her dough to pay bills and buy a new laptop. Congratulations!
