Reba Wright had no idea how much she had won when she visited the New Orleans Lottery office with her husband to claim her prize from the Dec. 28 Powerball drawing. She said the first thing they would do with the winnings is give a percentage to their church in Alabama, as well as helping their son’s church in Houma.

"I was so excited," Reba exclaimed. "I kept pinching myself to make sure I was not dreaming. My first thought was to tithe and then pay bills."
