Patricia Matthews is thrilled to be the Lottery's latest Pick 4 winner! "I went into shock," the Abbeville resident explained. "I thought 'This is nobody but GOD!" Patricia enjoys playing Pick 3 and 4, because her husband played it frequently before he passed. She plans to use a portion of her winnings to put her husband's urn in the veteran's memorial and save the rest.
