"Is this real?!" Matthew Richard thought after winning $100,000 over the Labor Day weekend playing $5 In the Money. Matthew won a free $10 scratch-off on the store's last ticket at that price point. Since he couldn't pick a free $10 ticket, he chose two $5 scratch-offs and won the top prize on one! 

Matthew purchased his ticket at his favorite Lottery retailer, Trading Post in Charenton and plans to use the windfall to build a home!
