"I was so excited," Maria Rodriguez recalled. "I wasn't exactly sure how much I had won. It's unbelievable!" The New Orleans winner discovered upon her arrival at the Louisiana Lottery's Metairie office, that she won $13,000 playing Pick 4! Maria purchased her winning ticket at Banks Meat Market on South Broad Ave. When asked what she plans to do with her new dough, the winner said that she wasn't sure quite yet due to the fact that she was still in shock.
