Then he said 'If you bought a Mega Millions ticket in Valero at the corner of Moss and Pont des Mouton, you might want to check your ticket.'" Winner David Thomas recalled, "I thought 'No way," but sure enough, I won $20,000!" David purchased the winning ticket for the May 15 drawing at Valero Corner Store #365. He plans to use his $20,000 to go on a vacation.

David and his wife Christine claimed the winning ticket at the Lottery's Lafayette office on May 16. Congratulations!
