CJ Lambert couldn't believe what he was seeing when he scratched his $10,000 winning Deluxe Bucks ticket. "I said '$10…$100…$10,000!' and my mom said 'You're lying!" CJ recalled during his visit to Louisiana Lottery headquarters. 

The former business owner explained that when he decides to play, he usually picks a price point and gets one of each of those tickets available at a store. "I figure, if I'm going to get lucky, it will be on the first ticket!" Last weekend, CJ's lucky ticket was in his collection of $2 games. The Denham Spring resident purchased his tickets at Port Vincent Village Market, and plans to buy a new jacket and fix up his trailer with his new cash.
