Brittany Cupit knows how to start off with a bang! She won $1,000 on the first Mega Millions ticket she has ever purchased! "I had never played before, so I just picked one," she explained. Brittany's boyfriend, pictured with her here, is actually who realized she had a winning ticket. "We couldn't believe we had won something," Brittany said. 

Brittany works at Dodge's Store in Vidalia, where she purchased her winning ticket. She plans to use her new cash to fix up her new home. Congratulations!
