Elizabeth Mixon of Vivian claimed a $15,000 top prize at the Louisiana Lottery Corporation's Shreveport office from a Cash Reward scratch-off ticket.
"It feels wonderful," said Mixon, who plans to pay off bills with her winnings. She purchased her winning ticket at Dub's Corner on South Pine Street in Vivian.
