The Louisiana Lottery is proud to sponsor the 2019 Congo Square Rhythms Festival at Armstrong Park in New Orleans! The festival will feature the best in New Orleans music plus special performances by local African dance troupes. The festival also includes the annual Class Got Brass competition, a showcase for school brass bands. Come on out!
