2026 Pelicans Promotions

February 18–20, 2026 

Contest Description: 

Louisiana residents who are at least 21 years of age are invited to predict the number of points the New Orleans Pelicans will score during the Feb. 20 game against Milwaukee for a chance to win a Pelicans Pick VIP Experience Prize Package including four (4) Club Level A Tickets to the Wednesday, March 18 game against the LA Clippers at 7 p.m., one (1) $200 gift card to the Pelicans Team Store, one (1) $200 concessions credit, one (1) autographed team ball, pregame access to watch the players warm up and the opportunity to participate in the on-court ball presentation.  

An additional five (5) winners will then be randomly selected from the same field of entries with predictions closest to the score without going over to receive one (1) $50 gift card for the Pelicans Team Store. 

Entries may only be submitted by commenting on the Lottery’s designated Facebook post with your Pelicans score. One winner will be randomly selected from the field of entries correctly predicting the number of points the New Orleans Pelicans score during the Feb. 20 game against Milwaukee. An additional five winners will then be selected from the same field. 

How to Enter: 

Beginning Wednesday, Feb. 18, eligible participants can submit their prediction of the number of points the Pelicans will score during their Feb. 20 game against Milwaukee for a chance to win. Entries must be submitted electronically as a comment on the Lottery’s designated Facebook post before the game’s 7 p.m. tip-off on Friday, Feb. 20, 2026. 

No entries will be accepted in person, by mail or through any other method. Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary to submit an entry for the promotion.

Prizes: 

One (1) winner will receive a Pelicans Pick VIP Experience Prize Package including four (4) Club Level A Tickets to the Wednesday, March 18 game against the LA Clippers at 7 p.m., one (1) $200 gift card to the Pelicans Team Store, one (1) $200 concessions credit, one (1) autographed team ball, pregame access to watch the players warm up and the opportunity to participate in the on-court ball presentation.

The prizes have no cash value and are nontransferable. In the event the winner cannot attend or participate in the experience, the Lottery may assign the prize to an alternate.  In the unlikely event the Lottery is unable to fulfill a stated prize due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize(s) of equal or greater value will be substituted at the Lottery’s sole discretion.   

Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. The winner and guests must comply with such terms and conditions as well as all game and venue rules and regulations and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game. Winners and/or guests may be escorted out of venue by designated agent(s) for improper conduct and/or violation of federal, state, or local laws (including, but not limited to, the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and alcohol), as venue management determines in its sole discretion, and winners will forfeit the balance of their prize. Unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or applied towards tickets for any subsequent games.

Winner Selection: 

One (1) entry will be randomly selected by Lottery personnel from the field of entries stating the correct number of points the Pelicans score during the Feb. 20 game against Milwaukee. In the event that there are no correct answers submitted, a winner will be drawn from those entries containing the next closest score without going over.   

An additional five (5) winners will then be randomly selected from the same field of entries with predictions closest to the score without going over to receive one (1) $50 gift card for the Pelicans Team Store. 

Winner Notification: 

The apparent winners will be notified via a post on the Lottery’s Facebook page and direct message by 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 23. Winners have until the next business day to verify their eligibility status, or their prize will be forfeited; the Lottery may, at its discretion, assign an alternate winner in those cases. Once confirmed, winners will be announced on the Lottery’s Facebook page. 

Eligibility: 

The Louisiana Lottery’s New Orleans Pelicans Pick Promotion is open to Louisiana residents at least 21 years of age. Residency and age will be verified prior to announcing winners. The following individuals are excluded from participating in Louisiana Lottery promotions: 

• Any member of the Board of Directors, officer or employee of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation. 
• Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing in the same household of any Louisiana Lottery employee, officer or member of the Board of Directors. 

• Any employee of any company or vendor awarded a contract or subcontract to conduct business with, assigned to perform services for or provide goods to the Louisiana Lottery for any duration in the 2024 calendar year. This includes but is not limited to advertising agencies, gaming system vendors, printers, auditors, promotional product suppliers, etc. 

• Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing in the same household of any company or vendor awarded a contract or subcontract to conduct business with, assigned to perform services for or provide goods to the Louisiana Lottery for any duration in the 2026 calendar year. 

 Any person who falls into one of the categories listed above or who does not meet the age and residency requirements will be deemed ineligible to participate. 

Acknowledgments: 

All contest entrants agree to comply with these rules and accept the Lottery’s interpretation of them in executing the contest.  The winner and their guests will be expected to comply with the language on the ticket backs, as well as venue and host policies and procedures. 

In addition, entrants agree to participate in the Lottery’s publicity efforts in conjunction with this contest, including but not limited to photo publication, press releases, interviews and media coverage.  

Entrants also acknowledge that in matters of administering the contest, the decisions of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation are binding and final.

Louisiana residents who are at least 21 years of age are invited to enter the Lottery’s Favorite Jersey # website promotion for a chance to win one of 10 $50 digital gift card for the Pelicans Team Store. 

How to Enter: 

Beginning Monday, March 9, eligible participants are invited to submit their favorite Pelicans player number from the 2025-2026 official team roster to the entry form on the Lottery’s website for a chance to win one of 10 $50 Louisiana Lottery Pelicans Month merchandise credits.  

Entries must be submitted electronically via the entry form on the Lottery’s website before 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 13. 

No entries will be accepted in person, by mail or through any other method. Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary to submit an entry for the promotion. 

Prizes: 

Ten (10) winners will receive a $50 digital gift card to the Pelicans Team Store.  

The prizes have no cash value and are nontransferable. In the unlikely event the Lottery is unable to fulfill a stated prize due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize(s) of equal or greater value will be substituted at the Lottery’s sole discretion.

Lottery staff will randomly select a player number from the entire 2025-2026 Pelicans official roster at the time of the drawing on Monday, March 16. Ten (10) entrants who submitted the number selected as their “favorite #” will be randomly selected as winners. In the event that there are not 10 valid entries who submitted the number selected, the Lottery will continue randomly selecting other player numbers from the roster and randomly drawing from the field of matching entries until all 10 prizes have been awarded.   

The 10 apparent winners will be notified via email using the email address they provided on the website form while entering by 5 p.m. on Monday, March 16. Winners have until the next business day to verify their eligibility status, or their prize will be forfeited; the Lottery may, at its discretion, assign an alternate winner in those cases.
