BATON ROUGE – The $3,905,837 jackpot-winning Lotto ticket sold during the November 22 drawing was claimed a little over a week later, on Monday, December 1 at Lottery headquarters in Baton Rouge.
New Orleans resident, Doniel Williams, purchased the ticket from One Stop Shop on Airline Drive in Metairie, taking home $2,851,261.01 after state & federal taxes were withheld.
“We are always excited to see players win big on Louisiana’s flagship game, Lotto,” said Rose Hudson, Lottery President. “Congratulations to Mr. Williams and his family on this incredible win.”
The Lotto jackpot prize had been growing for seven months since the last jackpot win in April, and it was the largest Lotto jackpot since the $3,339,142 prize sold in January of 2023.
The winning numbers for the November 22 drawing were 02-03-06-18-29-35.
The Louisiana Lottery encourages all players to sign the back of their tickets immediately after purchase to protect their claim. Winning tickets for draw-style games must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing date.
To play Lotto, participants must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals experiencing gambling-related problems, or those concerned about a friend or family member, are urged to call the Louisiana Problem Gamblers Helpline at 1-877-770-7867. Assistance is confidential and available 24/7.
