Louisiana Lottery President Rose Hudson announced that Shantel Richard has been named vice president of human resources for the corporation.
Richard boasts a 14-year-long career in human resources most recently as human resources business partner at Denka Performance Elastomer. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in human resources from Louisiana State University -Shreveport and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
As vice president of human resources at the Lottery, Richard will oversee the Lottery’s personnel policies, compensation and benefits programs; employee recruitment and training; and performance management plans.
