How to Enter:Beginning Monday, Nov. 26, and lasting for three weeks, eligible participants are invited to upload a photo to the form on the Holiday Colors landing page of the Lottery's website, showing how you celebrate the season with either red, green or gold items. The color theme will change each week of the promotion as follows.
Entries must be submitted electronically via the entry form on the Lottery's website before 11:59 p.m. on each Sunday during the promotion.No entries will be accepted in person, by mail or through any other method. Only one entry per person is allowed.No purchase is necessary to submit an entry for the promotion.Inappropriate or offensive comments or photos will be deleted and not considered as entries.Prizes have no cash value. In the unlikely event the Lottery is unable to fulfill a stated prize due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize(s) of equal or greater value will be substituted at the Lottery's sole discretion.Winner Selection and Notification:
