GAME NIGHT TRIVIA PROMOTION RULES

Dates: Monday, May 26 to Sunday, June 8, 2025

Description:

Louisiana residents who are at least 21 years of age are invited to participate in the Louisiana Lottery’s Game Night Trivia Promotion for a chance to win a Game Night prize package with Hasbro  and Lottery branded merchandise.

How to Enter:

Beginning Monday, May 26, eligible participants are invited to enter the promotion on the Game Night landing page of the Lottery’s website. Participants must answer all six trivia questions correctly to be entered into the drawing where 10 winners will be randomly chosen. The trivia questions will be based on information given about the family of board games posted to the all Lottery social media pages leading up to the start of the promotion.

Entries must be submitted electronically via the Lottery’s website promotional form before 11:59p.m. on Sunday, June 8, 2025, to be entered into the drawing.

No entries will be accepted in person, by mail, or through any other method. Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary to submit an entry for the promotion.

Prizes:

Winners will receive a Game Night prize package with Hasbro  and Lottery branded merchandise, including a SCRABBLE double-wall tumbler, a SCRABBLE pen, a CLUE LED keychain, a MONOPOLY game board tote bag, CLUE tech traveler earbuds and multi-charging cable with zip case, and Lottery-Hasbro T-shirt, a Lottery koozie, and $10 worth of Hasbro family of games scratch-offs PLUS a classic MONOPOLY, SCRABBLE OR CLUE board game.

Prizes have no cash value. In the unlikely event the Lottery is unable to fulfill a stated prize due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize(s) of equal or greater value will be substituted at the Lottery’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Ten (10) winners will be randomly chosen by 5 p.m. on Monday, June 9 from the field of eligible entries correctly answering all trivia questions.

Once the winners have been chosen, they will be contacted the EMAIL ADDRESS provided with their entry. The winners have one week after any form of attempted communication by the Lottery to verify their eligibility status or their prize will be forfeited; the Lottery may, at its discretion, assign an alternate winner in those cases.

The prize will be mailed to the winners using the contact information provided as part of their entry.

Publicity:

Entrants grant permission to the Lottery to have their name and social media handle included in the Lottery’s and publicity efforts. Entrants also agree to be recognized publicly on the Lottery’s social media sites.

Eligibility:

This promotion is open to Louisiana residents at least 21 years of age. Residency and age will be verified. The following individuals are excluded from participating in Louisiana Lottery promotions:

• Any member of the Board of Directors, officer or employee of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation.
• Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing in the same household of any Louisiana Lottery employee, officer or member of the Board of Directors.
• Any employee of any company or vendor awarded a contract or subcontract to conduct business with, assigned to perform services for or provide goods to the Louisiana Lottery for any duration in the 2025 calendar year. This includes but is not limited to advertising agencies, gaming system vendors, printers, auditors, promotional product suppliers, etc.
• Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing in the same household of any company or vendor awarded a contract or subcontract to conduct business with, assigned to perform services for or provide goods to the Louisiana Lottery for any duration in the 2025 calendar year.

Any person who falls into one of the categories listed above or who does not meet the age and residency requirements will be deemed ineligible to participate.

Acknowledgments:

All contest entrants agree to comply with these rules and accept the Lottery’s interpretation of them in executing the contest.

In addition, entrants agree to participate in the Lottery’s publicity efforts in conjunction with this contest, including but not limited to photo publication, press releases, interviews and media coverage.

Entrants also acknowledge that in matters of administering the contest, the decisions of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation are binding and final.

The Louisiana Lottery is solely responsible for conducting and administering this contest. The Louisiana Lottery shall have no responsibility or liability for any actual or claimed harm that may arise due to promotional materials or prizes. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Louisiana Lottery Corporation, Hasbro and its promotional partners.

The Louisiana Lottery is not responsible or liable for any error, omission or any technical problem related to its promotions, including but not limited to entries and submissions, website problems, applications problems, Internet problems or problems with a participant’s computer. If for some reason a promotion is not capable of running as originally planned, the Lottery has the right to modify, suspend or cancel all or any portion of the promotion’s rules.

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and their affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or the prizes awarded. These social platforms have not offered or sponsored Lottery promotions in any way.
