Denham Springs Resident Claims $100,000 Hold ‘Em Poker® Top Prize

Angela Lavigne of Denham Springs was celebrating the Easter holiday with family and friends when she scratched her $100,000 Hold 'Em Poker® scratch-off ticket and realized that she won a top prize. 

Lavigne shares, "I was completely in shock. It took me about an hour or so to realize that I had won $100,000. I couldn't stop smiling. I even went back to the store to verify that I had won." 

Lavigne, age 29, purchased her winning ticket at the Family Food Store on Denham Road in Pride. She said she plans to use her winnings to pay off bills and go on a nice family vacation with her husband and four children. 

$100,000 Hold 'Em Poker® is a $5 scratch-off game that offers two remaining top prizes as of April 8 as well as a final second-chance drawing once the game closes.
