Louisiana Lottery's Boil It Up Giveaway
February 25 - March 10

Contest Description:
Louisiana residents who are at least 21 years of age are invited to enter the Boil It Up Giveaway. Eligible participants are invited to upload a picture of themselves showing both the Boil It Up ticket and a bottle, bag, box or jar of a Zatarain's Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil for a chance to win a Louisiana Lottery Boil It Up prize package. Participants will also be asked to tell us what their favorite thing is to add to Zatarain's boil. Prize packages will include an apron, a Louisiana Lottery crawfish tray, a Zatarain's T-shirt and cap, $10 in $1Mudbugsscratch-offs, $10 in $2Boil It Upscratch-offs and an assortment of Zatarain's products.

A grand prize winner will be selected to also receive a set of four Club Tickets to the March 26th Pelicans vs. Atlanta Game, including an autographed basketball, pregame arena access to watch players warm up and participate in a pregame presentation.

How to Enter:
Eligible participants will submit their entry via an official online form on the Lottery's website. No entries will be accepted in person, by mail or through any other method. Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary to submit an entry for the promotion. To be considered, original entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, March 10.

Inappropriate or offensive comments or photos will be deleted and not considered as entries.

Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be randomly selected and contacted via the phone number entered into the online form by 5 p.m. on Monday, March 11. The winners have two business days after any form of attempted communication by the Lottery to verify their eligibility status or their prize will be forfeited; the Lottery may, at its discretion, assign an alternate winner in such a case.

Prizes:

In addition, one (1) grand prize winner will be selected to also receive a set of four Club Tickets to the March 26th Pelicans vs. Atlanta Game, including an autographed basketball, pregame arena access to watch players warm up and participate in a pregame presentation. This part of the prize is nontransferable. In the event the winner cannot attend and participate in the experience, it will be awarded to an alternate.

In the unlikely event the Lottery is unable to fulfill a stated prize due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize(s) of equal or greater value will be substituted at the Lottery's sole discretion. Prizes have no cash value.

Eligibility:
This promotion is open to Louisiana residents at least 21 years of age. Residency and age will be verified. The following individuals are excluded from participating in Louisiana Lottery promotions:

• Any member of the Board of Directors, officer or employee of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation.
• Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing in the same household of any Louisiana Lottery employee, officer or member of the Board of Directors.
• Any employee of any company or vendor awarded a contract or subcontract to conduct business with, assigned to perform services for or provide goods to the Louisiana Lottery for any duration in the 2019 calendar year. This includes but is not limited to advertising agencies, gaming system vendors, printers, auditors, promotional product suppliers, etc.
• Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing in the same household of any company or vendor awarded a contract or subcontract to conduct business with, assigned to perform services for or provide goods to the Louisiana Lottery for any duration in the 2019 calendar year.

Any person who falls into one of the categories listed above or who does not meet the age and residency requirements will be deemed ineligible to participate. To be eligible photos must contain designated items.

Acknowledgments:
All contest entrants agree to comply with these rules and accept the Lottery's interpretation of them in executing the contest.

In addition, entrants agree to participate in the Lottery's publicity efforts in conjunction with this contest, including but not limited to photo publication, press releases, interviews and media coverage.

For the duration of the promotion only, entrants also agree to receive promotional email from the Lottery including the announcement of winners.

Entrants also acknowledge that in matters of administering the contest, the decisions of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation are binding and final.

All contest entrants attest that they are submitting an original photo that is not copied in whole or in part from any work other than their own.
