Joe E. Jackson definitely felt like he had the lucky hand after he scratched his $2 Hot Hand scratch-off ticket and realized he beat the "dealer's hand" to win one of the game's $21,000 top prizes.
"I really like the card games," explained the 56-year-old Winnfield resident. "I started playing this game when it came out and I will continue playing it!"
Jackson purchased his winning scratch-off from Tony's Food Mart on S. Jones Street in Winnfield, and he said he plans to use his winnings to purchase a vehicle.
Hot Hand is a $2 scratch-off game that offers players the chance to win up to $21,000. With up to 10 chances to win on each ticket, the game has three remaining top prizes as of Sept. 8.
