Roberto Pulido of Baytown, Texas, celebrated Mardi Gras with a $200,000 top prize winning Wild 10's scratch-off.
Pulido tried to claim his prize on Mardi Gras day, but Lottery offices were closed for the holiday. "Waiting another day to claim was hard. My heart is racing," said Pulido, age 37.
Pulido purchased his winning ticket from Kroger Store #747 Kwik Stop on South Beglis in Sulphur.
