Derek Mancilla of Iowa, La., claimed the last $100,000 top prize from an Extreme Green scratch-off ticket at the Louisiana Lottery's Alexandria office.
"I looked at the Lottery's Web site to see which games had top prizes remaining," said Mancilla, age 27. "Extreme Green had one top prize left, so I decided to play that one."
Mancilla purchased his winning scratch-off from Cajun Kwik Mart on North Thompson Avenue in Iowa, La.
