New Iberia Resident Claims a $200,000 Cash Blowout Top Prize

Randy Hebert of New Iberia claimed a $200,000 top prize from a Cash Blowout scratch-off ticket at the Louisiana Lottery Corporation's Lafayette office.
Hebert, age 45, purchased his winning ticket at Smokers Choice on D Center Street in New Iberia. "I've been playing since the Lottery started, and I like all the different games," he said. Hebert said he plans to use his winnings to buy a new truck.
The $10 game Cash Blowout offers one remaining top prize as of Feb.1, over $5 million in total cash prizes and the chance to win up to 20 times on each ticket.
Persons must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a Lottery ticket. The Lottery encourages anyone who has a gambling problem or friends and family of anyone with a gambling problem to call toll-free 1-877-770-7867.
