Chuck Lockett of Shreveport claimed the final $200,000 top prize at the Louisiana Lottery Corporation's Shreveport office from a Cash Blast scratch-off ticket.

"I am really blessed," said Lockett, who plans to buy a home with his winnings. Lockett, age 47, purchased his winning ticket at Highland C Store on Highland Avenue in Shreveport.

All top prizes have been claimed for Cash Blast; therefore, the Lottery has closed the $10 scratch-off game as of March 24.  In accordance with Louisiana Lottery Corporation policy, players have until July 22, 2007 to claim any prizes from the game. 

Players must be at least 21 to purchase a Lottery ticket. The Lottery encourages anyone who has a gambling problem or friends and family of anyone with a gambling problem to call toll-free 1-877-770-7867.
