Dominick Ribando's day took a lucky twist when he purchased a $5 Louisiana Lottery Cherry Twist scratch-off and won a $100,000 top prize which he claimed Friday at Louisiana Lottery headquarters in Baton Rouge.

The 47-year-old Tickfaw resident received $70,000 after federal and state taxes were withheld. He purchased his ticket at Holden Market & Deli in Holden. The game has one more top prize remaining.

Ticket purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. Scratch-off game tickets must be claimed within 90 days of the announced game closure. Anyone who may have a gambling problem or friends and family of anyone with a gambling problem should call toll free 1-877-770-7867 for help.
