Second-Chance Entries Are Now Open — and We’ve Gone Digital!

Play for your chance to score major cash and second-chance prizes — plus a shot at up to $1 million. 

New this season: entering the Saints second-chance drawing is 100% online. Here’s how: 

1. Join Club Lotteaux (free) at Louisianalottery.com/club-lotteaux. Already a member? Be sure to update your profile with complete contact information (If you win, we need to be able to contact you!) and your email preferences. Make updates here. 
2. Go to Louisianalottery.com/promotions and find the Saints promotion under Second-Chance Promotions. Click “View Promotion.” 
3. Click “Enter Your Tickets” and submit your non-winning tickets.  

 A valid entry is: 

• One non-winning $2 Saints All Season (game #1687) scratch-off ticket, OR 

• One non-winning $5 Saints Football Frenzy (game #100288) Fast Play ticket 

Enter as many times as you like — each ticket counts as a separate entry. Entrants may win one prize per drawing and only one VIP Prize Experience across the entire promotion. 

Entries must be received by each drawing’s deadline to be included in that drawing. Entries received after the deadline for Drawings #1 and #2 will roll into the next scheduled drawing. Entries received after the Drawing #3 deadline will not be eligible. Entries received via mail will not be eligible.

• Drawing #1: 11:59:59 p.m. CT October 12, 2026

General Entry Provisions

• 2026 Saints 2nd-Chance Promotion is a second-chance promotional feature associated with Saints All Season Scratch-Off (#1687) and Saints Football Frenzy Fast Play (#100288) games to award six (6) VIP Prize Experiences, two (2) Saints 2026 Prize Packages, eight (8) Saints Suite Access Prize Packages, one (1) Saints 2027 Season Prize Package, and fifteen (15) Official Autographed Saints Merchandise Prizes.
• Non-winning Louisiana Saints All Season Scratch-Off (game #1687) and Saints Football Frenzy Fast Play (game #100288) tickets are eligible for the promotion.
• Tickets must be submitted through and accepted into the player’s registered Club Lotteaux account. Entries will be accepted only through the Club Lotteaux Player’s Club on the Louisiana Lottery website, louisianalottery.com. To submit an entry, a player must have a registered Club Lotteaux account.
• To enter, after registering and/or logging into Club Lotteaux, players must scan or manually enter the required information from an eligible non-winning ticket on the Promotion page.

1. 1. Scratch-Off Game – Scan Entry:  Scan the barcode under the scratch-off coating on the front of the ticket.
   2. Fast Play Game – Scan Entry:  Scan the barcode located on the front of the ticket.
   3. Scratch-Off Game – Manual Entry:  Enter the 13-digit number located on the back of the ticket above the barcode. The number consists of four (4) digits, six (6) digits, and three (3) digits separated by dashes. Players must then enter the 10-digit number located under the scratch-off coating on the front of the ticket, generally near the barcode; however, the location may vary.
   4. Fast Play Game – Manual Entry:  Enter the 35-digit ticket number located on the front of the ticket above the barcode.

• Each eligible non-winning ticket successfully entered will receive one (1) entry in the Promotion.
• Players are not required to retain tickets once successfully submitted into the Promotion.
• Each eligible non-winning ticket may only be entered once.
• The Lottery assumes no responsibility for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by a player through their Club Lotteaux account. Once an account has been registered, the player is responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and current by logging in and accessing “Manage My Account” on the profile page. Players must not create additional accounts due to a change in email address or other account information. Failure to provide accurate and current information may result in disqualification of a player selected as a drawing winner.
• Each individual player may have only one (1) Club Lotteaux account. If the Lottery determines that a player has more than one (1) account, any entries associated with the duplicate account(s) may be disqualified, and a player selected as a drawing winner may be disqualified. The Lottery reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete any duplicate account(s).
• If a player deletes their Club Lotteaux account, or if the Lottery deletes the player’s account, all entries previously submitted through the account will become void and will not be eligible for any prize or for re-entry.
• Entrants may only win one (1) prize per drawing and only one (1) VIP Prize Experience in the entire promotion.
• Entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on the applicable Entry Deadline date to be eligible for inclusion in that Drawing.
• The use of bots, scripts, automated entry tools, artificial intelligence, or other software, applications, devices, or technology designed to automate, facilitate, or manipulate the submission of tickets or entries into any drawing is prohibited. Entries determined to have been submitted through such means may be disqualified. The Lottery reserves the right to disqualify the player and suspend or terminate the player’s account for violations of this provision.
• If the Club Lotteaux account contains the names of more than one person, i.e. “Mary and John Smith”, only the first listed name will be considered. In the example cited, the winner would by Mary Smith. If one winner name cannot be identified, the entry may be disqualified at the Lottery’s sole discretion.
• If the name or other personal information associated with an entry cannot be attributed to the person submitting the entry, it may be disqualified.
• If an entry with the same player information is drawn more than once, entries drawn after the first selection will be declared duplicate winners and disqualified.
• Entries submitted or delivered in person, by mail, courier, or by any other physical means to any location are ineligible and will not be accepted. The LLC will destroy all non-winning physical tickets received at any Louisiana Lottery office or P.O. Box. Physical tickets will not be returned.
• Entrants must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible to win.
• The odds of being selected as a winner in the Promotion will depend on the number of entries submitted for each drawing.
• By entering this second-chance promotion, entrants grant the Louisiana Lottery permission to use their name, image, likeness, and city or area of residence in its publicity efforts should their entry be selected as a prize winner. In addition, entrants agree to participate in the Lottery’s publicity efforts in conjunction with this promotion, including but not limited to photo publication, press releases, interviews, media coverage, and recognition on the Lottery’s website and social media channels, including Facebook.
• If selected as a prizewinner, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that their name and city or area of residence may be published on the Lottery’s website, louisianalottery.com, and on the Louisiana Lottery’s social media channels. A list of all verified prizewinners will be posted on the website and may be shared on the Lottery’s social media channels following the applicable Drawing and completion of the prizewinner verification process.
• The drawings will be conducted as set forth in the Louisiana Lottery Saints 2^nd-Chance Drawing Directive.
• The LLC is not responsible for the electronic misdelivery, late delivery, or failure to receive ticket information entered electronically, and the risk of loss remains with the player regardless of the cause of the transmission failure.
• All winners are subject to validation by the LLC and may be disqualified if eligibility requirements are not met. Validity of entries, drawings, and the award of prizes are subject to the rules and regulations of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation.
• The LLC reserves the right to change or extend any of the dates set out in these rules. The LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel, with or without notice, any portion of this Promotion, including the drawing, at any time and for any reason, including the award of any prize, at the discretion of the LLC’s President & CEO.

Second-Chance Prizes

Saints 400 Level Suite Access Prize Packages and Saints Tunnel Team Prize Package and VIP Prize Experiences

FIRST ENTRY DEADLINE: OCTOBER 12, 2026

Participants in the first second-chance drawing will be eligible to win one of four (4) Saints Suite Access Prize Packages, including four tickets to the exclusive Louisiana Lottery 400 level suite for the December 6 home game against Green Bay.

Also, one (1) lucky winner from the first drawing will receive a Saints Tunnel Team Experience Prize Package. The prize elements include the opportunity for the winner and three guests to be on the field when the Saints take the field against Green Bay on December 6, including four Plaza Club Sideline tickets, four entertainment passes allowing the winner and guests pregame field access, one parking pass, one-night hotel accommodations (two rooms) and $500 spending cash.

Two entrants will also be selected to win a VIP Prize Experience. Each winner and their guest will be treated to a getaway for the Louisiana Lottery VIP Grand Prize Event to be held in 2027. The prize includes hotel accommodation, $500 in spending cash, and the chance for the winner to win cash prizes up to $1 million!

Saints 400 Level Suite Access Prize Packages and Saints Deluxe Limo Prize Package and VIP Prize Experiences

SECOND ENTRY DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 30, 2026

Participants in the second second-chance drawing will be eligible to win one of four (4) Saints Suite Access Prize Packages, including four tickets to the Louisiana Lottery 400 level suite for the January (date TBD) game against Tampa Bay.

Also, one (1) lucky winner from the second drawing will receive a Saints Deluxe Limo Prize Package. The prize elements include four Plaza Club Sideline tickets to the January (date TBD) game against Tampa Bay, one-night hotel accommodations (two rooms), limousine transportation to and from the game with a Saints “legend,” four authentic Saints jerseys and $500 spending cash.

Two entrants will also be selected to win a VIP Prize Experience. Each winner and their guest will be treated to a getaway for the Louisiana Lottery VIP Grand Prize Event to be held in 2027. The prize includes hotel accommodation, $500 in spending cash, and the chance for the winner to win cash prizes up to $1 million!

Saints 2026 Season Prize Package and Autographed Merchandise and VIP Prize Experiences

THIRD AND FINAL ENTRY DEADLINE: TBD

In the third and final second-chance drawing, one lucky player will win a 2027 Season Prize Package that includes four Lower Plaza Level Sideline tickets for all home games played in the Caesars Superdome in the entire 2027 football season, four pregame field passes for all pre-season and regular season games and one 2027 parking pass for all home games. The winner and three guests will also receive a minicamp experience to include a VIP tour of the Saints practice facility in Metairie with round-trip limo service to and from the facility (or overnight accommodations if the distance exceeds 75 miles) where they will also view a team practice and have lunch in the team cafeteria. 

Fifteen entries will be selected to receive an official autographed Saints jersey, football or helmet (five of each). Additionally, two entrants will be selected to win a VIP Prize Experience. Each winner and their guest will be treated to a getaway for the Louisiana Lottery VIP Grand Prize Event to be held in 2027. The prize includes hotel accommodation, $500 in spending cash and the chance for the winner to win cash prizes up to $1 million!
