Strahan won with two sets of numbers.  He played both sets as "straight" sets, meaning he had to match the numbers drawn in exact order to win $250 on a 50-cent play and $500 on a $1 play, for a total of $750.

He purchased his winning ticket at Cotten's Super Market on Lakeshore Drive in Shreveport.
